1. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials.
  • Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

2. Acceptable Use

Aarohi is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the service for illegal or harmful activity, interfere with its security, distribute malware, scrape protected systems, or attempt unauthorized access.

3. Content and Ownership

Aarohi's software, designs, trademarks, and service content belong to Aarohi AI or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us the rights needed to process it and provide the service.

4. Trials, Subscriptions, and AutoPay

  • Trial and renewal pricing is displayed before you authorize payment.
  • Paid trials automatically renew at the displayed amount and frequency unless canceled.
  • Recurring payments are collected under the mandate you approve with your payment provider.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through an already-paid period.

5. Disclaimers

Aarohi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aarohi AI and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when these Terms are violated, where needed to protect users or systems, or where required by law.

8. Governing Law and Changes

These Terms are governed by Indian law. We may update them by publishing a new effective date and providing notice where required.
